Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Please read the following terms carefully.
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before your scheduled tour date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour will be subject to a 50% refund.
In cases where the tour is missed or the customer arrives late for any reason, we do not offer refunds. No refunds are given for unused portions of the package.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
If you need to change your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but additional fees may apply.
